This should look familiar to the KC people. It's called La Giralda and is the tower the one at the Plaza is modeled after.
This is a view from the top of it. In front is part of the Cathedral the tower is attached to, and in the back you can see Sevilla's big bullfighting ring.

This is from Cordoba. They were having a Renaissance fair. Good to know other countries think those are cool to.
